Registration:

• The registration fee is $45 for one child, $65 for two children, and $85 for three children (one-time payment)
• Online registration is available through our portal.
• Registration is open to everyone, regardless of whether you are a resident of Miami Beach or a resident of another city.
• A valid proof of residence in the City of Miami Beach may be requested at any time.
• The price difference will be charged if you are not a resident of the City of Miami Beach but have purchased a package for Miami Beach residents.

Classes:

• Class Duration: Each class is 60 minutes long.

Drop-off and Pick-up:

• Kindly arrive at the class 10 minutes early as a courtesy.
• Ensure prompt pick-up of your child as scheduled. A $5 fee will be applied if the child is not picked up on time.
• The individual who drops off the child should also be the one to pick them up. If this is not the case, please inform us in advance. You can contact us via email or text.
• Please provide a list of authorized persons for pick-up on the account. Be sure to include a secondary contact if someone other than the parent or guardian will be picking up.

Before and During Classes:

Make sure your child is prepared for class before it starts:

• They should be dressed in appropriate clothing, with neat hair, and have used the restroom if needed before class.
• Please send them with a water bottle.

Observation Rules:

• The gymnasium and classroom are only for gymnasts; parents and guardians cannot be there during the lessons.
• We have specific weeks when you can watch your child’s class throughout the year.

Uniform:

• Children should wear a leotard with shorts or a top with leggings in black color for rhythmic gymnastics.
• White socks or half-shoes are necessary for rhythmic gymnastics.
• Hair should be in a bun or tight ponytail; no watches or jewelry are allowed.

Questions to the coach:  

• If you have any questions for the coach, please arrive 20 minutes before the class begins or stay after the class to discuss any questions.
• As the coach cannot take calls during class, please feel free to text or email us with any time-sensitive information. 
• Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm EST, is the best time to reach out via phone or email.

Payment:

A credit card is required to be on file to register for classes.

Payment method: We accept credit card payments only on our website. There is a strict prohibition on using any other payment method.

Payment Date: Tuition is debited on the 5th day of each month.

You can choose auto payment or pay manually every month through our portal.

The automatic payment will occur on the 5th day of every month. If you wish to stop attending the class or make an automatic payment, please notify us via email at Info@atlasgymnasticsmiami.com at least seven days before the start of the new month. If you request to drop a class, your enrollment will end once the month concludes, but we do not allow mid-month drops.

Manual payments must be made on the 5th day of each month; otherwise, a $15 late fee will be applied.

How do you make a payment manually?

• Go to the checkout page, and you will see the balance you must pay.

* No refunds for missed classes. Only make-up class is applied. Read the make-up policy.

Sibling Discounts: 10% discount is offered to siblings.

Make-up policy: 

Make-up class applies for these reasons: 

1. The center was closed for various reasons 
2. Due to illness, only with a doctor’s note.
3. For other reasons, please reach out to us.

The make-up class will only take place if it has been requested. To request a make-up class, please contact us by phone at 305-399-7694 or by email at Info@atlasgymnasticsmiami.com.

Please note that make-up classes must be taken within one month.

Classes Price Recalculation Policy:

• Classes Frequency:

We offer classes once, twice a week, and three times a week.

Accordingly, there are 4, 8, or 12 classes per month, depending on your chosen plan.

• Payment Frequency:

Payments are made on a monthly basis, not per class. Classes must be used within the month they are purchased.

• IMPORTANT POLICIES:

We will not prorate classes for the weeks we are closed and will not charge additional fees for months when we have extra classes.

Please always check our calendar for closure dates and make-up classes to ensure you are well-informed and can plan your classes accordingly.

• EXPLANATION:

Federal Holidays and Breaks:

If there is a federal holiday or a scheduled break within a month, but the total number of classes in that month remains 4, 8, or 12, the monthly fees will not be recalculated, and you can’t request a make-up class for the missed day.

Reduced Monthly Fees:

The class price will be recalculated if there is a holiday or break during the month and the total number of classes falls below 4, 8, or 12 classes per month, and we do NOT offer make-up classes in another month.

Price Policy for Pre-Team & Team/XL Programs

• Payment is to be made on a monthly basis only.
• No make-up classes are provided for missed days or days when the facility is closed.

Refund:

Refunds are not provided for our monthly enrollment program. However, in emergencies, a refund with a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied if you request it at the beginning of the month ONLY.

Drop Policy:

• We require a 7-day notice period before the beginning of each new month for cancellation requests. The student will be officially dismissed from the program on the last day of the month if the request is granted. We require a drop request to be submitted via text, email, or our website’s portal. Verbal Drop requests will not be honored.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your child’s classes, WHETHER OR NOT YOUR CHILD ATTENDS CLASS until you request a drop.
