A credit card is required to be on file to register for classes.
Payment method: We accept credit card payments only on our website. There is a strict prohibition on using any other payment method.
Payment Date: Tuition is debited on the 5th day of each month.
You can choose auto payment or pay manually every month through our portal.
The automatic payment will occur on the 5th day of every month. If you wish to stop attending the class or make an automatic payment, please notify us via email at Info@atlasgymnasticsmiami.com at least seven days before the start of the new month. If you request to drop a class, your enrollment will end once the month concludes, but we do not allow mid-month drops.
Manual payments must be made on the 5th day of each month; otherwise, a $15 late fee will be applied.
How do you make a payment manually?

The make-up class will only take place if it has been requested. To request a make-up class, please contact us by phone at 305-399-7694 or by email at Info@atlasgymnasticsmiami.com.
Please note that make-up classes must be taken within one month.
Classes Price Recalculation Policy:
We offer classes once, twice a week, and three times a week.
Accordingly, there are 4, 8, or 12 classes per month, depending on your chosen plan.
Payments are made on a monthly basis, not per class. Classes must be used within the month they are purchased.
We will not prorate classes for the weeks we are closed and will not charge additional fees for months when we have extra classes.
Please always check our calendar for closure dates and make-up classes to ensure you are well-informed and can plan your classes accordingly.
Federal Holidays and Breaks:
If there is a federal holiday or a scheduled break within a month, but the total number of classes in that month remains 4, 8, or 12, the monthly fees will not be recalculated, and you can’t request a make-up class for the missed day.
Reduced Monthly Fees:
The class price will be recalculated if there is a holiday or break during the month and the total number of classes falls below 4, 8, or 12 classes per month, and we do NOT offer make-up classes in another month.
Price Policy for Pre-Team & Team/XL Programs
Refund:
Refunds are not provided for our monthly enrollment program. However, in emergencies, a refund with a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied if you request it at the beginning of the month ONLY.
Drop Policy:
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your child’s classes, WHETHER OR NOT YOUR CHILD ATTENDS CLASS until you request a drop.
